By creating an account and using our gaming services, you agree to be bound by the following TPOWER Terms of Service.

Legal Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Accessing the gaming service under the legal age is a criminal offense in many jurisdictions.

Jurisdiction: It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your country of residence.

Verification: We reserve the right to request “Know Your Customer” (KYC) documentation (ID, proof of address) at any time. Failure to provide this will result in account suspension.

Limits: We provide tools to set deposit and session limits. Once a limit is reached, it cannot be overridden until the set time period expires.

Self-Exclusion: If you enter into a Self-Exclusion agreement, you are prohibited from attempting to open new accounts. We are not liable for any losses if you circumvent our security measures to continue playing.

Source of Funds: You certify that all funds used for TPOWER gaming services are legally owned by you.

Withdrawal Reviews: All withdrawals are subject to security reviews. TPOWER reserve the right to delay or void withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

No Interest: Player accounts do not accrue interest in TPOWER platform.

Anti-Cheating: The use of AI, bots, or “systematic” betting strategies designed to exploit the TPOWER gaming services is strictly prohibited.

Collusion: Players found colluding with others to manipulate game outcomes will be permanently banned.

Software Errors: In the event of a technical glitch or software error that results in abnormal winnings, TPOWER reserves the right to void those bets and reset the balance.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses come with specific “playthrough” requirements. Funds are locked until these requirements are met.

Abuse: We reserve the right to revoke bonuses if we identify patterns of “Bonus Abuse” (e.g., betting only on low-risk outcomes to clear a bonus).

We reserve the right to close your account at our sole discretion for any breach of these terms.

Upon closure, any undisputed balance will be returned to the player, unless the funds were obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPOWER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, profit, or goodwill.
